We are introducing a new range of SCR-XA spiral compressors to the market for continuous delivery of oil-free air.
The XA series spiral compressors covering a power range from 2.2 to 30 kW do not require lubricating oil for operation, thus providing completely oil-free air meeting the Class 0 requirements for oil as per the ČSN ISO 8573-1 standard. Thanks to their very low noise level, these machines can be installed directly at the point of application without the need for compressor room construction and investment in piping systems.
For compressed air production, the SCR-XA compressors use airends from the renowned Japanese manufacturer ANEST IWATA, which, thanks to automated block production, are characterized by high quality, with practically identical units produced. Depending on the current demand for compressed air, the models in the XA series also feature gradual activation and deactivation, emphasizing energy savings. The machines are also equipped with the SCR9000 electronic control unit with a 7" touchscreen display, whose software ensures regular rotation of individual blocks, optimizing their wear.
Spiral compressors are characterized by a very simple design with no oil circuit system. This significantly reduces regular maintenance to a minimum.
Thanks to these features, spiral compressors from the SCR-XA series are suitable for supplying compressed air to the dental and hospital sectors, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, semiconductor manufacturing, beverage industry, paint shops, plastics industry, or food industry.
